I’ve sat in your shoes. As a former C-level exec (CCO, FCA registered), and interim Exec (Ops, Risk and Regulations) - I’ve seen every crisis you can throw a shoe at. I intimately understand the (extreme) pressures and demands of excellence in the asset management and legal industries. I also have a JD in law from a top 10 university. I understand competition. 

Whatever your firm is dealing with – I have 20 years of experience and an obsession with neuroscience, sports performance psychology and mindfulness (breathwork, visualization, meditation)  to get you through it. 

I teach on the the (tremendous) power of authentic leadership, communication that moves rooms, mental resilience, adaptability and grit. I also specialize in bridging cultural divides (gen z v. gen x), understanding how to leverage emotional intelligence in a post-covid world and creating effective strategies to manage chronic stress and burnout.
